This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery across three core workstreams: Customer Support, Customer Retention, and Customer Onboarding.

The following skills/experience are essential
- Experience managing large-scale customer service operations
- Previously managed BPO or offshore teams
- Previously worked for a Telco, Utilities company, or in Digital services.
- Excellent communication skills
