Our leading Telco client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their outsourced customer service operation. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery across three core workstreams: Customer Support, Customer Retention, and Customer Onboarding.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a growing and forward-thinking business.

The following skills/experience are essential

  • Experience managing large-scale customer service operations
  • Previously managed BPO or offshore teams
  • Previously worked for a Telco, Utilities company, or in Digital services.
  • Excellent communication skills
