Overview

A boutique quant trading firm is seeking an exceptional graduate to join a world-class front-office team of some of the brightest quantitative minds in the industry. The Role

You will work in a highly collaborative front-office environment, contributing directly to the design and development of fully automated, high-performance trading systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining ultra-low-latency, automated trading infrastructure
  • Researching, testing, and deploying your own trading models
  • Writing production-grade code in Python and/or C++ (team dependent)
  • Collaborating closely with senior researchers and technologists

Requirements

  • A top-tier degree from a highly reputed university in a STEM discipline (Computer Science or Mathematics strongly preferred)
  • Outstanding fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, probability, and statistics
  • Strong programming ability in a modern language such as Python or C++
  • Demonstrated passion for technology through personal projects, hackathons, meet-ups, or research
