The team invests globally across primary fund commitments, secondary transactions, and fund-of-funds (FoF) investments, partnering with top-tier GPs worldwide. The Role
This is a multi-strategy investment role offering broad exposure across the private equity spectrum and global geographies. You will be involved throughout the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring. This position is ideal for an analytical professional looking to navigate the complexities of fund structures and secondary market pricing within a world-class institutional framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and executing primary fund commitments, secondary transactions, and FoF opportunities
- Conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative due diligence on global fund managers
- Analyzing fund strategies, track records, portfolio construction, and risk-return profiles
- Building sophisticated financial models, cash flow projections, and performance analyses
- Preparing investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee
- Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining ongoing relationships with top-tier GPs
- Supporting thematic market research and regional analysis across private markets
- Collaborating with senior investment professionals across various global regions
Requirements
- Experience: Background in Private Equity, Secondaries, Fund of Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Banking
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and due diligence capabilities
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of private equity fund structures and private markets strategies
- Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is strongly preferred for Beijing and regional coverage
- Mindset: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, cross-border workstreams
