Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will support our recruitment team by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and interested in building a career in recruitment or HR. The Role
This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a leading FinTech recruitment agency. You will gain deep insight into the FinTech market, building expertise in sector trends and top talent while working within a flat organizational structure where your ideas are valued. This is a proactive position requiring a "go-getter" mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
- Coordinating interviews including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with candidates to ensure an outstanding experience
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media channels
- Generating recruitment reports and tracking key hiring metrics
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or admin (preferred)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (nice to have)
