The role:
My client are looking to add an Application Support Team Leader to their ranks in a particularly busy period.
Responsibilities:
- Assuring and improving Support function efficiency
- Handling escalations and coordinating responses during incidents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Providing mentoring and guidance to Engineers
- Taking ownership of critical issues
- Driving continuous improvement
- Working hand in hand with other teams to provide Product related insights and relaying bugs
- Driving training and development
- Demonstrating best practices
- Contributing technically to incidents
- Delivering and taking responsibility for service reviews
Core skills required:
- Experience working in an Application Support Team Lead capacity
