Compensation: $140,000 - $250,000 + Bonus

Overview
My client are seeking an Engineer turned Manager to lead a globally dispersed Desktop Support team in a busy trading environment.
You will have 2+ years of experience managing a Support team, ideally within a global setup. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment.
The Role
Team Leadership: Leading and managing a global Desktop Support team.
Trading Environment: Operating within a fast-paced trading environment.
Support Oversight: Overseeing 2nd line support activities and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Running a team of Support / Desktop Analysts.
- Desktop Support: Providing broad 2nd line support.
- Microsoft Environment: Supporting Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory and Office365.
- Cloud: Working with Azure environments.
- Automation: Using PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Communication: Communicating effectively at all levels of the business.
Requirements
- Management: 2+ years’ experience managing a Support team.
- Microsoft: Strong Microsoft-oriented skillset including Windows 10/11, AD and Office365.
- PowerShell: Strong PowerShell experience.
- Communication: Ability to communicate at all levels.
