Language Requirement: Fluent Italian & English

We are working with a rapidly growing insurance technology business in London that is reshaping how insurance solutions are delivered to international customers. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to hire an Italian-speaking Client Sales Associate to support growth across the Italian market.

This role would suit someone comfortable with proactive sales activity, including outreach and cold calling, who is keen to develop their career within a modern, tech-led organisation.

The Role

As a Client Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business while managing relationships with Italian-speaking clients. You will support the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting outbound outreach and cold calling to Italian-speaking prospects
• Handling inbound enquiries and qualifying potential clients
• Managing the sales process from first conversation to conversion
• Understanding client needs and presenting suitable insurance solutions
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Building long-term client relationships and supporting retention
• Working closely with internal sales and account management teams

About You

We are looking for a confident, resilient communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and enjoys working towards targets.

You will ideally have:

• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in sales, telesales, client services, or customer success
• Confidence with cold calling and outbound sales activity
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• A proactive, target-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems
