Role: React Developer (Junior - Senior Level)
Client: Elite Investment Institution
Compensation: Up to 850k PLN Base Salary + Bonus + Package
Location: Warsaw (Hybrid)

The Role:
They will align you with the best team suited to your skillset and interests. You will be working with the latest versions of React, directly with traders and quants to build highly reactive UIs and frontend tools from scratch.
This is a greenfield role, allowing you to shape the build-out of this business function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Building highly reactive UIs using the latest versions of React.
- Greenfield Build: Developing frontend tools from scratch.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working directly with traders and quants.
- Technology Standards: Contributing within an environment that upholds extremely high technical standards.
Requirements:
- React: Extensive React experience required.
- Level: Open to Junior through Senior level candidates.
- Mindset: Comfortable working in a high-performance, high-standards environment.
