The Role
This position sits within our Investment Banking & Private Equity team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients and managing the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care. You will support key hiring projects across technology and financial markets while maintaining a high standard of communication and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients
- Managing the full candidate journey from sourcing to post-placement care
- Proactively headhunting and building strong talent networks
- Supporting key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
- Maintaining high standards of communication and service to candidates
- Collaborating with experienced recruiters and industry experts
Requirements
- At least 6 months agency recruitment experience
- Finance- Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience highly desired
- Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- A motivated, detail-oriented approach to candidate management
- A desire to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
