The Role
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Python-based risk and analytics systems used in live trading. You will work in an environment where engineering excellence is a priority, collaborating with quants and traders to implement and optimize models. This role requires a proactive approach to designing clean, efficient, and scalable code for front-office applications.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with Python
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (degree preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, mission-critical environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong personality and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders
- Interest in or experience with financial markets and trading systems
