Overview
My client, an established and growing organisation, are seeking a Workday specialist to join their team.
The successful candidate will focus on the technical side of Workday, with a greater amount of work in Workday Finance and some exposure to Workday HR being useful.
The Role
Workday Configuration: Technical and functional work within Workday.
System Customisation: Configuring and customising Workday to meet business requirements.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes.
Leadership: Ability or interest in leadership responsibilities.
Automation: Supporting automation initiatives within Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Work: Working on the technical side of Workday Finance.
- Functional Work: Supporting functional requirements within Workday.
- Configuration & Customisation: Implementing system configuration and customisation.
- Requirement Gathering: Collecting and analysing business requirements.
- Workflow: Defining and improving workflows.
- Process Improvement: Driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Workday Finance: Strong experience in Workday Finance.
- Workday HR: Some exposure to Workday HR is useful.
- Leadership: Ability or interest in leadership.
